CUBA - Returning visitors are allowed $100.00 in duty-free goods, including - believe it or not - Cuban cigars, if and only if you purchased them in Cuba while you were there on licensed travel. Cuban cigars imported from other countries are not permitted, so if you bought them in Canada say hasta la vista!
